摘要
机场场面监视雷达是机场地面态势监视的重要手段,目前机场场面监视雷达产品几乎全部为国外公司制造。首先,给出了机场场面监视雷达的系统功能要求,并分析了对其具体技术要求;然后,提出了一种机场场面监视雷达系统的设计方案,介绍了方案的主要特点、系统组成、工作原理和关键技术;其次,根据场面监视雷达回波信号的特点,给出了基于数字图像处理思想的目标检测新方法;最后,介绍了场面监视雷达工程样机的研制和试验情况,给出了试验结果。文中提出的方法对于场面监视雷达系统的研制有一定借鉴意义。
Surface movement radar( SMR) is very important means for airport surface situation monitoring. There isn' t surface movement radar product which is produced by China. The functions and technique requirements for surface movement radar are first introduced in this paper. Then a design scheme of surface movement radar is proposed,with the characteristics,system comprises,operational principle and key technology presented in detail. Then a new SMR target detection algorithm based on the characteristics of SMR echo is proposed,which has ideas originated from digital image processing. The development of SMR prototype at Nanjing research institute of electronics technology and the processing results are given. The proposed scheme is important for SMR system research and development.
