风险社会视域下医生角色困境分析

摘要
医生的成长是一个漫长的过程。我国临床医生总体发展水平与世界先进水平仍存在不小差距,新一代青年医生任重道远。风险社会下的青年医生常在领悟和扮演医生角色时出现角色困境,这些困境具体体现在角色模糊、角色紧张、角色超载和角色冲突中。为缓和青年医生角色困境且创造和谐的医疗环境,笔者在深度访谈的基础上提出医生自我调适和社会调控的处理对策,使其在医疗活动中充分发挥主观积极性和创造性。在深化卫生体制改革和构建和谐医患关系中,充分体现医生的主动性与胜任能力,使得医生重获公众的尊重与信任。
The doctor's professional development is a long process.There is still a big gap between the overall development level of Chinese doctors and the international level.Especially for young doctors,there is a longer way to go.In the background of risk society,doctors often face various difficulties in the process of role-playing.The role dilemma includes vague role expectations,clash of roles,role overload and role conflicts.On basis of interview,we have put forward emphatic strategies including self-adjustment and social regulations in order to create the harmonious medical care environment and solve the doctor role dilemma,motivating their enthusiasm and creativity.In the health care reform and building of harmonious doctor-patient relationship,doctors' initiative and competence are fully embodied,so that doctors can regain the respect and trust of the public.
