摘要
梳理了资源环境承载力的内涵及其与建设开发适宜性评价和规划编制的关系。从国土资源开发利用出发,筛选对上海土地资源开发建设具有影响的因子,构建土地和地质要素融合的评价指标体系,运用分步式算法测算出适宜的建设用地规模和分布,分析现状开发状态与合理开发状态之间的差异,评价土地资源承载状态,并提出改善建议。研究反映了超大城市资源环境特点和开发利用导向,可为上海国土空间布局优化提供参考,为同类城市相关研究提供借鉴。
        This study analysed the connotation of land resources carrying capacity and its relationship with construction and development suitability based on the integration of land and geological factors in Shanghai. It explored the development and utilization of land resources, screened the factors that influence land resource development and construction, and constructed an index system based on the integration of land and geological factors using a step-by-step algorithm to calculate optimum construction scale and distribution. The study analysed the difference between the current development status and reasonable development status, then evaluated land resource carr ying capacit y, and eventually made improvement suggestions. This study reflects the characteristics of resources and the environment, and the orientation of the development of megacities, which can serve as a reference for the optimization of the spatial layout of Shanghai's land use and for related research on similar cities.
