摘要
以流体动力学为基础对非圆齿轮液压马达的泄漏特性作研究。结合非圆齿轮液压马达的具体结构特点,分析内部泄露途径并推导泄漏量的计算公式及间隙流体功率损失计算公式。以非圆齿轮马达总功率损失最小为原则,求得间隙最优解,为非圆齿轮马达的后续设计、制造提供理论支持。
This paper researches leakage characteristics of non-circular gear hydraulic motor based on the fluid dynamics. According to the structural characteristics of non-circular gear hydraulic motor,the calculation formula of leakage around and interstitial fluid power loss were derived through analyzing the internal leakage ways. Based on the principle of the minimum total power losses of non-circular gear hydraulic motor,the optimal solution of clearance is obtained,which provide theoretical support for the subsequent design and manufacture of non circular gear motors.
