摘要
核电站蒸汽发生器上的手孔采用低合金钢焊丝埋弧堆焊,对堆焊层经历不同升、降温速率热处理后的残余应力进行试验,然后对比分析55℃/h和60℃/h两种升、降温速率热处理对堆焊层残余应力的影响。
The hand hole on the steam generator of the nuclear power plant adopts low alloy steel wire submerged arc overlay welding. The residual stresses of the surfacing layer after heat treatment at different temperature rise and detemperature rate were tested. The effects of heat treatment at temperature rise and detemperature rates of 55 ℃/h and 60 ℃/h on the residual stress of the surfacing layer were compared and analyzed.
