摘要
基于区间犹豫模糊元,定义广义区间犹豫模糊元的距离公式,提出区间犹豫模糊逼近理想解排序(IVHF-TOPSIS)法,用于处理属性评价值为区间犹豫模糊元的多属性群决策问题.在权重向量未知的情况下,根据给定的属性评价值和最大化离差度方法确定权重,用IVHF-TOPSIS法得到所有方案的贴进度系数,再结合贴近度系数的大小对所有方案排序并选出最优方案,并将所提方法用于解决某网络企业的仓库选址问题.
In this paper,the distance formulas of generalized interval hesitant fuzzy elements are defined. The IVHF-TOPSIS method is proposed to deal with the multi-attributes group decision problems whose attribute evaluation values are interval hesitation fuzzy elements.Under the condition that the weight vector is unknown,the weights are determined according to the given attribute evaluation value and the maximum deviation degree method. The IVHF-TOPSIS method is used to obtain the schedule progress coefficient of all the plans,and then all the plans are ranked according to the size of the closeness coefficient to choose the best solution. Finally,the method proposed in this paper is used to solve the problem of warehouse location of a network enterprise.
