江苏省乡镇卫生院身体暴力现状调查

摘要
[目的]了解江苏省乡镇卫生院医护人员遭受身体暴力的现状,确定影响医护人员遭受身体暴力的危险因素。[方法]利用横断面研究,选择江苏省6个城市的90家乡镇卫生院开展问卷调查。[结果] 840名受访者中有12. 6%的受访者在过去1 a中遭受过身体暴力。施暴者大多是患者家属(62. 3%);身体暴力导致56. 6%的受害者身体受到损伤,45. 4%的受害者休假2～3 d仍无法正常工作;乡镇卫生院暴力事件的上报率低,只有9. 4%; 62. 8%的受访者未接受过任何形式的暴力防范培训;逻辑回归分析结果显示护士、年龄在35岁及以下、职称高以及与患者有直接身体接触的医护人员遭受身体暴力的风险更大,暴力事件的上报是预防身体暴力的一个保护性因素。[结论]乡镇卫生院医院暴力已逐渐成为农村公共安全和健康日益关注的重点,相关部门和机构应出台相应的政策、制定可行的干预措施预防和有效应对乡镇卫生院医院暴力的发生。
Objective To Know the situation of township hospital staff suffering physical violence in Jiangsu province,confirm the hazards.Methods It selected 90 township hospitals from 6 cities of Jiangsu province and conducted questionnaire survey by cross-sectional study. Results 12. 6% had suffered physical violence in past year among 840 respondents. Most perpetrators were the patients' relatives( 62. 3%).Physical violence led to 56. 6% victim whose body was damaged,and 45. 4% of victim should took two or three days off,could not in regular work. Reporting rate of violence incident in township hospital was low( 9. 4%). Most respondents( 62. 8%) did not received training on how to avoid workplace violence. Logistic regression analyses indicated that those nurse,aged 35 years or younger,had higher technical post title,and had direct body contact with patient had greater risk in suffering physical violence. The report of violence incident was a protection factor of preventing physical violence. Conclusions Physical violence in Chinese township hospitals has become the focus of public security and health in rural. Relevant departments and institutions should come on corresponding policy,formulate feasible intervening measures and effectively answer the happening of violence incident in township hospital.
