摘要

就业能力是影响大学生就业的核心要素。培养大学生的就业能力,需要明确就业能力的涵义,形成对就业能力培养的正确认识,通过有效途径的培养,才能真正提高大学生就业能力,促进大学生就业。
        Employability is the core factor that affects the employment of college students. To cultivate college students' employability, it is necessary to specify the connotation of employability, develop a correct understanding of the cultivation of employability skills. Only through effective means can college students' employability be improved and their employment be enhanced in the true sense of the term.
