摘要
目的:观察头脊电针结合作业疗法治疗中风后手指拘挛的疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例中风后手指拘挛患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用头脊电针结合作业疗法,对照组口服盐酸乙哌立松片。疗程30天,治疗结束后,观察两组患者治疗前后上肢手指拘挛的改善情况及Ashworth分级的变化情况。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为90.00%(27/30);对照组总有效率为73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ashworth评级结果显示治疗组治疗后的改善情况明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),对照组治疗后较治疗前无明显差异,治疗组治疗后较对照组治疗后改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:头脊电针治疗方法能显著降低上肢肌张力,有效缓解手指拘挛。
Objective:To observe the curative effect and mechanism of electro-acupuncture of scalp and spine combined with occupational therapy on post-stroke finger contracture.Methods:60 cases of post-stroke finger contracture were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30) and the control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with electro-acupuncture of scalp and spine combined with occupational therapy;the control group was treated with Eperisone Hydrochloride Tablets.The improvements of finger contracture and Ashworth grade were observed after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group showed better improvement in Ashworth grade after the treatment compared to that before the treatment(P<0.05).The control group showed no statistical difference in Ashworth grade between before and after the treatment(P>0.05).The treatment group improved more significantly in Ashworth grade than the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture of scalp and spine can effectively reduce the hypermyotonia of upper limbs,it can significantly relieve finger contracture.
