地屈孕酮联合黄体酮胶囊治疗先兆流产的临床效果分析

摘要
目的探讨地屈孕酮联合黄体酮胶囊治疗先兆流产的临床疗效。方法随机将治疗先兆流产的94例患者分为两组,常规组采用地屈孕酮治疗,试验组在常规组基础上采用黄体酮胶囊治疗,比较两组的症状缓解时间、止血时间、保胎效果及不良反应状况。结果试验组患者腰酸、腹痛缓解时间与止血时间明显短于常规组,保胎成功率明显高于常规组,保胎失败率、不良反应发生率明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论先兆流产患者采用地屈孕酮联合黄体酮胶囊治疗,能有效缓解患者腰酸腹痛的症状,提高患者的保胎成功率,降低其不良反应发生率,更适合用于临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of desdrogesterone combined with progesterone capsule in the treatment of threatened abortion.Method 94 cases of threatened abortion were randomly divided into two groups. Capsule on the basis of routine treatment. The remission time, hemostasis time, fetal protection effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result The remission time and hemostasis time of lumbar acid and abdominal pain in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional group, the success rate of fetal protection was significantly higher than that in the conventional group, and the failure rate and adverse reaction rate of fetal protection were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Didrogesterone combined with progesterone capsule in the treatment of threatened abortion can effectively alleviate the symptoms of lumbago and abdominal pain, improve the success rate of fetal protection,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and is more suitable for clinical promotion.
