超低能耗建筑外置式门窗全寿命造价模拟研究

摘要
为了提高超低能耗建筑外置式门窗全寿命造价预测和控制能力,提出一种基于主成分博弈控制的超低能耗建筑外置式门窗全寿命造价模拟模型,采用全样本面板数据分析方法进行造价成本序列分析,利用数据包络分析方法进行门窗全寿命造价统计序列的样本回归分析,提取门窗全寿命造价财务样本的关联规则特征量,采用定量递归分析方法进行关联规则的聚类处理,根据聚类分析结果结合分段样本检测方法进行造价的线性预测,利用主成分博弈控制方法进行预测过程的自适应修正,提高工程造价预测模拟的准确性。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行超低能耗建筑外置式门窗全寿命造价预测的准确度较高,置信度水平较好,对造价的模拟精度较好,实现了超低能耗建筑外置式门窗全寿命造价的预测。
        In order to improve the full life cost prediction and control ability of exterior doors and windows in ultra-low energy consumption buildings,a simulation model of full life cost simulation to external doors and windows for ultra-low energy consumption buildings is proposed based on principal component game control.The cost sequence analysis is carried out by using full sample panel data analysis method,and the sample regression analysis to doors and windows of full life cost statistical sequence is carried out by using data envelopment analysis method.The association rule characteristic quantity of the financial sample of doors and windows with full life cost is extracted.The method of quantitative recursive analysis is used to deal with the clustering of association rules.According to the result of cluster analysis and the method of segmental sample detection,the cost is predicted linearly,and the principal component game control method is used to modify the prediction process adaptively to improve the accuracy of engineering cost prediction and simulation.The simulation results show that this method has high accuracy,good confidence level and good simulation accuracy for the cost prediction of exterior doors and windows in ultra-low energy consumption buildings.The full life cost prediction of the exterior door and window in the ultra-low energy consumption building is realized.
