小儿缺铁性贫血与热性惊厥的关系研究

摘要
目的研究小儿缺铁性贫血与热性惊厥的关系。方法以医院2017年1月—2018年12月收治的单纯上呼吸道感染合并热性惊厥的患儿76例为惊厥组,以同期收治的单纯上呼吸道感染但未发生热性惊厥的患儿70例为对照组,比较两组患儿的血红蛋白、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、血清铁情况。结果惊厥组和对照组的血红蛋白、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、血清铁比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论缺铁性贫血可能是热性惊厥的高危因素之一,改善小儿缺铁状况可能降低热性惊厥的发病率。
