摘要
结合某筏板基础高层建筑纠偏工程,介绍了静压注浆微型钢花管桩在高层建筑基础加固纠偏中的应用。根据工程地质状况,分析该建筑物不均匀沉降原因。通过比选,采用可调性静压注浆微型钢花管桩纠偏技术。介绍了静压注浆微型钢花管桩加固机理、低净空条件下微扰动静压桩纠偏施工技术、高压喷射注浆技术与技术控制措施等,项目取得了较好的效果。
In this paper,the application technology of static pressure grouting micro steel pipe piles is introduced in combination with the rectification engineering of a high-rise building with raft foundation. According to the engineering geology condition,the cause of the uneven settlement of the building is analyzed. By comparing the different technical solutions,the adjustable static pressure grouting micro steel tube pile deviation rectification technology is used definitely. The paper introduces the principle of static pile grouting,the construction technology of micro-disturbance static pressure piles under low headroom,the technology of high-pressure jet grouting and the technical control measures. Good results have been achieved in projects.
