系统化护理在肛肠疾病手术患者中的应用效果

摘要
为探讨系统化护理在肛肠疾病手术患者中的应用效果,将拟接受手术治疗的100例肛肠疾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例,观察组接受系统化护理,对照组接受常规护理,比较2组患者护理干预前后的心理状态、术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果显示,2组患者干预前焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;干预后,观察组患者SAS评分明显低于对照组,P <0.05。观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,系统化护理干预有助于缓解肛肠疾病手术患者焦虑情绪,预防并发症,提高护理质量。
This study was to investigate the application efficacy of systematized nursing in the patients undergoing surgery for anorectal diseases(AD),randomly divided 100 AD patients to be subject to surgery into observation group(50 cases,received systematized nursing)and control group(50 cases,routine nursing),then compared patients' psychological situation before and after nursing intervention,the incidence of postoperative complications,and nursing satisfaction degree between the two groups.As results,before intervention,in the score on SAS there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05);but after intervention,in the score on SAS and in the incidence of postoperative complications observation group was all significantly lower than control group(both,P <0.05).Results show that systematized nursing intervention is helpful to relieve patients' anxiety emotion,to prevent complication,to enhance nursing quality.
