摘要
建立一种对氯苯甲醛生产时副产盐酸中有机物的测定以及去除的方法。采用氯仿作为萃取剂,有机物去除率达到97.65%。采用气相色谱内标法进行定量分析:4种已知特征有机物在相应的质量浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999;在5组不同质量浓度添加水平下,平均回收率为89.12%~98.56%;变异系数为0.41%~1.09%。该方法分析简便、快速、分离完全、结果重现性好、灵敏可靠,适用于对氯苯甲醛合成中副产物盐酸中有机物的快速测定以及去除。
A method was established for a rapid detection and removing the organics in by-product hydrochloric acid of p-chlorobenzaldehyde synthesis. The sample were extracted by chloroform. The quantitative of lower organic layer concentration was analyzed by gas chromatography internal standard method. The organics removal rate is 97.65%. The corresponding linear concentration of four kinds of organic compounds is fine in certain range, which is more than 0.999; in five different addition concentration levels, the average recovery is 89.12%~98.56%; the variation coefficients is 0.41%~1.09%. This method is simple and rapid, complete separation, sensitive and reliable, qualitative and quantitative mensuration of organic compounds in by-product hydrochloric acid in p-chlorobenzaldehyde synthesis.
