摘要
在对福州台钻厂全厂进行总平面布置设计时,充分考虑了工作环境安全性、物流效率、搬运方便性、工艺流程的连续性、人员车辆分流、辅助部门服务、管理方便性、布置方案的可扩展性和绿化及防污染等因素,运用系统布置设计(System Layout Planning,SLP)法,最终设计出一个较为理想的方案,使企业在生产中物流、人员和信息的传递效率达到最佳,降低了生产成本,提高了企业竞争力。通过对福州台钻厂进行基本要素分析、物流分析和作业单位之间的非物流相互关系分析,运用SLP设计模式对其进行平面布置优化。在Em-plant仿真软件环境下,建立制造系统仿真模型,进行车间布局仿真分析,对车间的原始布局方案和改善方案进行评价分析。
        On total plane layout of Fuzhou bench drill factory,thinking of the safety of working environment,the efficiency of logistics,transportation convenience,the continuity of process flow,personnel vehicle shunt,auxiliary service,management convenience,arrangement plan of extensibility,greening and pollution prevention,and finally getting an ideal solution,by using System Layout Planning(SLP)method. Then the efficiency of logistics,personnel and information transfer was improved,the production cost was reduced,and the competitiveness of enterprises was enhanced. Through the study of the basic elements of Fuzhou bench drill factory,logistics and the relationship between operation departments without logistics,the layout being optimized,by using SLP design patterns. Under the Em-plant simulation environment,building the simulation model of manufacturing system,conducting workshop layout simulation analysis,and evaluating the projects of original layout planning and improve one.
