摘要
为了完善现场条件下高压套管的受潮状况评估方法,针对高压套管的频域介电谱(FDS)展开研究。通过测量4支高压套管的FDS曲线,评估了套管绝缘的含水量;将套管的FDS曲线折算成介损温度曲线,与典型的介损温度特征曲线进行比对,并结合FDS诊断图谱分析套管的FDS测量结果。结果表明:FDS曲线可以灵敏地反映套管的受潮状况,根据高频段的tanδ最小值可以定性分析套管的受潮状况,利用MODS软件中的数据库对FDS曲线进行拟合可以定量评估套管的受潮状况,且FDS测试结果与介损温度测试结果具有一致性。证明频域介电谱分析法可用于现场评估诊断高压套管的受潮状况。
        In order to improve the on-site evaluation method of moisture state for high voltage bushing,the frequency domain dielectric spectroscopy(FDS) of high voltage bushing was studied. The FDS curves of four high voltage bushings were tested to evaluate the water content of bushing insulation. The FDS curves of bushing was converted to dielectric loss temperature characteristics curve and compared with the typical dielectric loss temperature characteristics curve, and then analyzed combing FDS diagnosis spectrum. The results show that the FDS curves can reflect the moisture state of bushing sensitively.According to the minimum of tanδ at high frequency, the moisture state of bushing can be analyzed qualitatively. Using the database in MODS software to fit the FDS curves can evaluate the moisture state of bushing, and the FDS test results are consistent with the results of dielectric loss temperature test. It is proved that FDS analysis method can be used for the on-site diagnosis of moisture state of high voltage bushing.
