加味瘀浊清颗粒治疗中风后抑郁症的临床观察

摘要
目的:探讨加味瘀浊清颗粒治疗中风后抑郁症的临床效果。方法:选取泉州市中医院脑病科治疗的中风后抑郁症患者60例,根据随机号分组,单号者为对照组,双号者为观察组。所有患者予以常规治疗。对照组30例患者在此基础上予以西酞普兰20 mg,每日1次,温开水送服,连续治疗6周。观察组30患者在对照组的基础上予以加味瘀浊清颗粒,每次1包,每日2次,连续治疗6周。测定并记录两组汉密尔顿抑郁评分(HAMD)、生活质量,同时对比临床疗效。结果:对照组治疗总有效率70.00%,低于观察组治疗总有效率的96.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,对照组与观察组治疗后HAMD评分水平降低,生活质量评分升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后HAMD评分水平显著降低,治疗后生活质量改善程度更优,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味瘀浊清颗粒治疗中风后抑郁症效果显著,能有效提高临床疗效,降低汉密尔顿抑郁评分,改善患者生活质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical observation of Jiawei Yuzhuoqing Granule in treating apoplexy depression.Method:A total of 60 cases of stroke depression treated by department of encephalopathy at Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.The patients were divided into two group according to the random number,patients with single number as the control group,and double number as the observation group.All the patients were treated with routine treatment.On this basis,30 patients in the control group were given Citalopram 20 mg,1 times a day,taken with warm boiled water for 6 weeks.And 30 patients in the observation group were treated with Jiawei Yuzhuoqing Granule,1 packs once time,2 times a day for 6 weeks.The Hamilton depression score(HAMD) and quality of life between the two groups were measured and recorded,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 70.00%,lower than 96.67% of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HAMD scores decreased,and the quality of life increased of the control group and the observation group than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the level of HAMD scores in the observation group was significantly lower after treatment,the quality of life improved more significantly,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Jiawei Yuzhuoqing Granule on stroke depression is significant,it can effectively improve the clinical effect,reduce the Hamilton depression score,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
