海外毛泽东诗词英译副文本研究

摘要
海外毛泽东诗词英译本中,有6个具有代表性的版本,即Bullock&Chen版、Fremantle版、Engle版、Barnstone&Ko版、Wang版和Barnstone版。从这些代表性的版本可以看出,海外毛泽东诗词英译副文本有着明显的优点,如封面引人注目、排版形式多样、序跋内容充分、注释全面详实等等。这些译文给诗词外译提供了重要启示:在诗词外译和传播中,应将目标读者的确定、译本形式的设计、合作出版商的挑选、媒介形式的选择等方面纳入重点考虑因素,这对今后诗词作品外译及传播有着重要的借鉴意义。
The paratext of 6 overseas translations of Mao Zedong's poems are analyzed in this paper, including Bullock & Chen's version, Fremantle's version, Engle's version, Barnstone & Ko's version, Wang's version and Barnstone's version. It is found that the paratext of the above overseas translated versions has its features of attractive book cover, variable typesetting, and detailed preface and notes, etc. Inspiration from overseas translation is that more work can be done in the selection of target reader, book format, publisher and type of media. Analysis of paratext is significant to the translation and spread of Mao Zedong's poems.
