摘要
试验分析了临涣、大屯和唐山矿3座选煤厂所用分级旋流器的分选数据,揭示了在粗精煤泥脱水回收工艺系统中使用的分级旋流器具有分选作用,即底流中各粒级灰分和密度均高于入料中相应粒级的灰分和密度,其实质是在窄级别的粒群中,颗粒的分离主要受其密度差异的影响。
The classification data of the classifying cyclones used in three coal preparation plants( Linhuan CPP, Datun CPP and Tangshan CPP) were analyzed, and it was shown that the classifying cyclone used in the clean coarse slime dewatering circuit had the separation effect. The ash and density of each grade in underflow are higher than the ash and density of feed on the same size fraction. The essence is that the separation of the particles in narrow size fraction is mainly affected by the difference in density.
