摘要
在配色原理的基础上提出原配色丝的概念,利用Ansys Polyflow软件对非牛顿流体在纺丝组件内的流动进行数值模拟,优化设计原配色丝的纺丝组件,并基于多组分复合柔性纺丝试验平台,开发丙纶原配色丝,以降低生产成本,减少对环境的污染破坏,具有经济价值和环保价值。原配色丝经3 000 m/min的牵伸速度加工成POY丝,其总色差满足工业化生产要求,这对原配色丝的工业化生产具有指导意义。
        The concept of collocation coloured yarns was proposed based on the principle of color matching. Through using Ansys Polyflow software to simulate the flow of non-Newtonian fluid in the spinning pack, the design of spinning pack for collocation coloured yarns was optimized. And the collocation coloured yarns of polypropylene were exploited based on the flexible multi-component composite spinning experiment platform, in order to reduce the production cost and the environmental pollution damage, which had the economic value and the environmental protection value.The total color difference of the POY yarns,which processed from the collocation coloured yarns at drafting speed of 3 000 m/min,met the requirement in industrial production,which had guiding significance for the industrial production of the collocation coloured yarns.
