低液量挤注解堵技术在煤层气井产量恢复中的应用

摘要
沁水盆地南部樊庄-郑庄区块煤层气储层具有低压、低渗的特点。生产井在修井作业、邻井压裂施工过程中,受到压力波动干扰,易出现产气量下降,通过常规调参手段产气量无法恢复。通过分析生产井产量下降机理,提出了低液量挤注解堵技术,进行了现场实施,取得了较好的效果。本文总结了低液量挤注解堵的技术的适应性,认为低液量挤注解堵能够解除射孔井眼堵塞或近井筒附近的储层堵塞。
        CBM reservoirs in Fanzhuang-Zhengzhuang Block of Southern Qinshui Basin have the characteristics of low pressure and low permeability. During the work-over operation and fracturing operation of adjacent wells, production wells are easily disturbed by pressure fluctuation, resulting in a decline of production, which cannot be restored by conventional parametric adjustment. By analyzing the production decline mechanism, the squeeze injection technology with low liquid volume is put forward, and field implementation has been carried out with a good result. The adaptability of the technology is summarized in this paper. It is considered that small reservoir blockage or contamination near wellbore can be released by the squeeze injection technology with low liquid volume.
