摘要
为了提高"食品包装学"课程的教学质量以符合课程的定位,针对现行"食品包装学"教学中存在的问题,改进教学内容、教学方法和教学手段,增加学生的实践机会,使教学质量得到优化,激发学生自主学习的积极性,为食品企业培养专业的应用型人才服务。
In order to improve the teaching quality of"Food Packaging"course in line with the orientation of the course,aiming at the problems existing in the current teaching of"Food Packaging",we should improve the teaching content,teaching methods and teaching techniques,and increase students' practical opportunities,so as to optimize the teaching quality,stimulate students' initiative to study independently,and serve food enterprises who want to train professional applied talents.
