摘要
目的通过四位一体的PICC专业护士分层级管理,进行PICC专业护理人才梯队建设。方法依据护士的年资、学历、从事PICC相关工作年限、PICC置管例数等分为PICC初级、中级、高级专业护士,并对每层级专业护士分别实行"培训—考核—认证—使用"四位一体的管理模式。结果培养初级PICC专业护士43名、中级PICC专业护士25名、高级PICC专业护士9名,四位一体分层管理前后PICC置管患者的一次置管成功、导管异位、堵管、静脉炎发生率,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),专业护士自我价值感明显上升(P<0.05),在静脉输液护理门诊、护理会诊、解决PICC疑难置管、疑难问题以及护理科研工作中发挥重要作用。结论在PICC专业护士管理中,结合实际,进行四位一体的分层级精细化管理,保证其成长,促进其发展。
Objective To build the specialized PICC nursing team through four-in-one integrated management mode and hierarchical management.Methods Nurses were divided into primary,intermediate and advanced specialized nurses according to their seniority and education.Nurses on each level were managed based on "training-test-certification-use" four integrated management mode. Results There were 43 primary PICC nurses, 25 intermediate PICC nurses and 9 senior PICC nurses. Before and after the four-in-one hierarchical management, the incidence of PICC catheterization success, catheter misplacement, catheter occlusion and phlebitis were significantly different(P<0.05). The self-worth of PICC nurses increased significantly(P<0.05). They played significant roles in PICC nursing clinics,nursing consultation,soving nursing difficult problem,and so on.Conclusion Hierarchical management can promote the growth and development of PICC specialized nurses.
