摘要
研究了国内电厂钙法脱硫废水的组成并对其相图进行分析,在此基础上对某公司废水进行分阶段连续蒸发实验,最终得到蒸发结晶析盐规律,同时通过直接蒸发结晶分离提纯各盐类物质。实验结果表明:该脱硫废水蒸发析出的无机盐为硫酸钙、一水硫酸镁、一水硫酸镁与氯化钠的混合物。
        The components of calcium desulphurization wastewater of thermal power plants in China have been inve-stigated and the related phase diagrams analyzed. Based on this,continuous evaporation experiments by stages have been accomplished for the wastewater of a company,and the rules of evaporative crystallization salting finally obtained. Various kinds of salt materials can be separated and purified by direct evaporative crystallization. The experime-ntal results show that the inorganic salts evaporated and separated from desulfurization wastewater are calcium sulfa-te,magnesium sulfate monohydrate,and a mixture of magnesium sulfate monohydrate and sodium chloride.
