摘要
针对特高含水油田,自主研发了一种以水溶性硅粉与纤维素醚为主剂的复合凝胶堵水体系。通过室内评价发现,该体系的初始黏度小于3 mPa·s,动态成胶时间(80℃以上)大于5 h,150℃下凝胶强度达600 kN,岩心堵水率大于95%,是一种良好的选择性堵水体系。
In view of super-high water-cut oilfield, a compound gel water plugging system with watersoluble silicon powder and cellulose ether as the main agent was developed independently. It was found through laboratory valuation that the initial viscosity of the system is less than 3 mPa.s, the dynamic gelling time is greater than 5 h(at the temperature of above 80 ℃), the gel strength is 600 kN at 150 ℃, and the core plugging rate is 15.2%, showing that it is a good selective water plugging system.
