摘要
"海军综合火控——防空"(NIFC-CA)是美军的一个新的作战概念,其特点是采用跨平台的打击引导方式扩大防空武器的可打击范围,解决海面舰艇超视距防空问题。传统空中电子进攻(AEA)体系对抗NIFC-CA时存在单体干扰手段单一,闭环速度慢、协同程度低等问题。面对新威胁态势,本文提出空中电子进攻体系化发展应采用"以快制胜"的思路,打通"察、扰、打、评"作战环路,并采用机器到机器的自动协同方式,以多样化的进攻手段、快速的系统闭环以及信号级的深度协同来破击协同化的防空作战体系。
        The Navy Integrated Fire Control-Counter Air( NIFC-CA) is an operational concept newly adopted by the U. S. Navy. It aims to realize the over-the-horizon air defense of the sea surface ships through expanding the attack range of air defense weapons by means of cross-platform attack guidance. In the fight against NIFC-CA,the traditional Air Electronic Attacking( AEA) System has shortages like inadequate jamming means by single equipment,slow closed loops and low degree of coordination. In the face of the new threat situation,this paper proposes that the development of the air electronic attack system should follow the idea of"winning by quickness"in order to open up the operational loop of"Detection,Jamming,Attack and Evaluation ".Meanwhile,automatic machine-to-machine coordination mode is used to break the hostile coordinated air defense combat system jointly using varied offensive means,rapid system close-loop and deep coordination at signal level.
