摘要
<正>肝脏是腹腔内最大的实质性器官,由于肝内血流量丰富,含有大量的糖原、蛋白质等营养物质,因此成为各种恶性肿瘤常见的转移部位。其中,以消化道肿瘤发生转移的概率较高,其次为胸部肿瘤(肺癌及食管癌)、乳腺癌、血液系统肿瘤等。在我国南方,乙型肝炎是地方性常见疾病。据一项调查显示,中国乙型肝炎病毒感染者占总人口数的10%~12%,慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染在当中占较大比例~([1])。表面抗原(HBsAg)、表面
