摘要
以育苗容器成型机作为研究对象,对其纵封部进行了设计。在SolidWorks中建立相应的纵封部结构模型后,依托于软件进行有限元分析,获取并分析相应的数据进行优化设计。通过尺寸优化设计,纵封部总质量由5. 81kg降为4. 96 kg,与原来的重量相比减少了约15%,达到了支架体积最小化、减轻质量、降低成本的目标,且为后续育苗容器成型机的改进设计提供了依据。
Taking the seedling container forming machine as the research object,the longitudinal seal was designed. After establishing the longitudinal seal structure model in Solid Works,the corresponding data are obtained and analyzed to optimize the design. The total weight of longitudinal seal was reduced from 5. 81 kg to 4. 96 kg through size optimization design,which was about 15% less than the original weight. It achieves the goal of minimizing the volume of the bracket,reducing the weight and the cost,and provides the basis for the subsequent improvement design of seedling container forming machine.
