摘要
随着数据总线技术的广泛应用,数据总线电缆的类型越来越多,其应用也越来越重要。为满足我国航空航天领域的需求,展开了航空航天用77Ω数据总线电缆的研制。主要介绍了航空航天用77Ω数据总线电缆的材料选型、工艺控制及关键性能设计。所设计的航空航天用77Ω数据总线电缆在结构尺寸、重量、电气性能、传输性能和机械性能方面均达到了国外同类产品M17/176D-02型77Ω数据总线电缆的技术要求,同时该电缆还具有传输速率高、阻抗均匀稳定、衰减小、可靠性高的特点,完全满足航空航天用数据总线的使用要求,能够替代进口产品。
With the wide application of data bus technology, more and more types of data bus cables are used, and their applications are becoming more and more important. In order to meet the needs of China's aerospace field, 77 Ω data bus cable for aerospace is developed. The material selection, process control and key performance design of 77 Ω data bus cable for aerospace are mainly introduced. The designed 77 Ω data bus cable for aerospace meets the technical requirements of M17/176 D-02 type 77 Ω data bus cable of the similar kind abroad in terms of structure size, weight, electrical performance, transmission performance and mechanical performance. At the same time, the cable also has the characteristics of high transmission rate, uniform and stable impedance, low attenuation, and high reliability, fully meets the use requirements of aerospace data bus, and can replace imported products.
