摘要

砂轮修整装置是数控磨床中使用的一个关键附件,为满足对砂轮轮廓全自动修整,设计了一种把两片金刚刀成V型安装的砂轮修整装置,实际制造和使用表明,该装置修整砂轮精度高、效率高,能显著提高磨削工件的质量。
        Grinding wheel trimming device is a key accessory used in CNC grinding machine.In order to meet the full automatic trimming of the grinding wheel profile, a grinding wheel trimming device is designed to be composed of two pieces of diamond knife into V type installation.The practical manufacture and use experience shows that the device can trim the grinding wheel with high precision and efficiency, and can improve the quality of the grinding work.
