摘要
针对传统的人工巷道修复已无法适应工作面生产的情况,邢东矿引进巷道修复机,并根据井下实际情况进行了一系列改装。经调试安装后,在12214工作面运输巷进行了巷道修复测试,结果表明,该机型能适用复杂条件下的作业环境,安全系数高,效率高,不仅减轻了工人的劳动强度,而且减少了用工数量。
The traditional manual roadway repair was unable to adapt to the production of the working face, the roadway repairing machine was introduced and a series of modifications according to the actual situation of the underground was carried out in Xingdong Mine. After commissioning and installation, the roadway repair test was carried out on the 12214 working face transportation roadway. The use test showed that the model could be applied to the working environment under complex conditions, with high safety factor and high efficiency, which reduced the labor intensity and the number of workers.
