摘要
高校教师是高校实现内涵式发展的重要力量。在当前以本为本、四个回归的高校本科教育中,教师要做到"德高、学高、艺高",以扎实学识支撑高水平教学,提升教学艺术,就要善于利用各种途径提升教学能力。以博耶的教学学术理念为指导,分析教师教学能力提升的内容与方法,探讨教学竞赛对教师教学能力提升的作用,并提出以教学竞赛为抓手提升教师教学能力的策略。
College teachers are an important force for colleges to realize the connotative development. At present, in the education of four returning undergraduate colleges and universities, teachers should achieve "high morality, high learning and high art",support high level teaching with solid knowledge and improve teaching art, and be good at using various ways to improve teaching ability. Guided by boyer's teaching academic concept, this paper analyzes the content and methods of improving teachers' teaching ability, discusses the effect of teaching competition on improving teachers' teaching ability, and puts forward the strategy of improving teachers' teaching ability by teaching competition.
