国外名校教师发展中心建设经验分析及其启示

摘要
大学教师的发展关系高等教育的发展。设立教师发展中心是国内外高校重视大学教师发展的体现。通过对美国、英国、澳大利亚等发达国家知名高校教师发展中心网站和文档资料的分析,总结其建设与运行经验,对比国内多所高校的教师发展中心建设现状,分析存在的问题,总结可供我国高校教师发展中心启示和借鉴之处。
The development of university teachers is related to the development of higher education. The construction of faculty development center is the embodiment of most countries in the world to attach importance to the development of university teachers.By analyzing the websites and document data of faculty development centers of well-known colleges and universities in the United States,Britain,Australia and other developed countries,the paper summarizes their construction and operating experiences. Comparing with the construction situation and existing problems of domestic colleges and universities,the paper sums up the enlightenment and reference for our faculty development center construction.
