摘要
毕业论文设计是本科培养最后一个也是不可或缺的环节,承担培养本科生科研思维、提升其科研能力的重要任务,也是评价高等教育水平的重要指标之一。然而,很多学生论文设计能力低下,导致国内很多食品专业本科毕业论文质量低下。因此,在开始毕业论文前开设一门指导性课程,从文献查阅、试验思路设计、数据处理、论文写作等方面给予指导,能够使本科生可以快速、自信地投入毕业论文设计之中,为本科生毕业论文的顺利开展保驾护航,从整体上提高食品专业本科毕业论文质量。
The graduation design,the last essential period for undergraduate education,shoulders the responsibility to develop the undergraduates' scientific thought and to improve their research capacity. It is also an important index for evaluating the level of higher education. However,so many college students have a low capability on their research,leading to the low quality of their undergraduate thesis. Therefore,a guiding course before the graduation design to instruct the college students on literature collecting,experiment design,data process,and thesis writing,which can help students quickly and confidently in their thesis. The course will be helpful to further achieve the purpose of a rapid and high-quality completion of the undergraduate thesis.
