摘要

随着高等职业技术类院校教育教学水平的不断发展,社会整体规划建设的进程逐渐加快,高等职业技术类大学生走向社会就业的压力越来越大,相比本科院校的学生,职业院校的学生具有专业性优势,却在学历上存在劣势,因此在处于创就业时自然会受到相应的影响。明确分析职业技术类院校学生创业和就业上的困境,有利于帮助其发现自身不足,有针对性结合所学专业特点解决问题,推动其在就业和创业问题上实现突破。
        With the continuous development of education and teaching level in higher vocational and technical colleges,the process of overall social planning and construction is gradually accelerating,and the pressure of higher vocational and technical college students to enter society for employment is increasing.Compared with undergraduates from universities,students of vocational colleges have advantages in their expertise,but they have disadvantages in their academic qualifications.Therefore,they will naturally be affected at employment and business establishing.A clear analysis of the dilemma of business establishing and employment for students in vocational and technical colleges is conducive to helping them find their own shortcomings,and to solve problems in a targeted and professional manner,and to promote breakthroughs in employment and business establishing.
