新型直圆柔性铰链的设计与分析

摘要
为了得到柔度更大以及回转精度更高的柔性铰链,设计了一种新型直圆柔性铰链。对两种铰链的柔度、精度以及疲劳寿命进行了比较分析。结果表明,新型直圆柔性铰链较传统直圆柔性铰链的柔度更大,回转精度更高。传统直圆柔性铰链的寿命可以认为是无限寿命,新型柔性铰链的寿命也接近无限寿命。因此,相对于传统直圆柔性铰链,新型柔性铰链具有更优的性能,符合铰链的设计要求。
        In order to obtain the greater flexibility and reach higher rotation accuracy of flexure hinge, a novel right circular flexure hinge was proposed. With the analysis of flexibility, accuracy and fatigue life of two kinds of flexure hinges, the results show that novel right circular flexure hinge has greater flexibility and higher rotary precision. The fatigue life of the traditional right circular flexure hinge can be considered as infinite life, and the novel right circular flexure hinge was close to infinite life. Therefore, the novel right circular flexure hinge has better performance than the traditional right circular flexure hinge, conforming to the requirements of the hinge design.
