摘要
以某乘用车转向节为研究对象,采用CAE分析与试验验证相结合的方法对转向节的疲劳强度进行研究。基于疲劳试验标准及经验公式,建立了与之相对应的载荷工况,创建了材料的S-N曲线,并进行试验工况的仿真分析。实验结果表明:试验工况下转向节满足疲劳强度要求,具有无限寿命,满足甚至优于技术、法规要求,与疲劳试验的结果相吻合,具有较高的强度储备,有进一步优化的空间。
        Taking the knuckle of a passenger car as the research object,the fatigue strength of the knuckle was studied by combining CAE analysis with experimental verification. Based on the fatigue test standard and empirical formula,the corresponding load conditions were established and the S-N curve of the material was created,and the simulation analysis of the test conditions was carried out. The experimental results show that the knuckle meets the requirements of fatigue strength,has infinite life,meets or even exceeds the technology and regulatory requirements,and is consistent with the results of the fatigue test. so It has a higher strength reserve and has a further optimization space.
