宁波内城港区的功能演变研究

摘要
伴随船舶大型化港口地址由内河走向海岸,无法升级的内河老港区逐渐演变为城市内城老港区,其产业形态、街区景观与快速发展的城市之间的矛盾日益突兀。本文主要根据港城界面生命周期理论和港城再生模型厘清宁波内城老港区生命周期,识别宁波老外滩功能演变及其演变因素,以推动老外滩再生。

Its industrial form,block landscape and fast-developing city are increasingly abrupt. According to the port city life cycle the-ory and the port city regeneration model, the life cycle of the inner harbor of Ningbo inner city is clari-fied, and the functional evolution and evolution factors of Ningbo old bund are identified to scientifically determine the regeneration of the old bund.
