摘要
随着全世界范围内海洋工程开发的不断深入,包括铺管船、饱和潜水支持船、起重船在内的海洋工程作业船持续涌现。这些船舶通常具备CLASS-2乃至CLASS-3的动力定位等级。冗余分组是影响此类船舶设计、建造和使用的关键因素。以140 m海洋工程作业船为例,分析并比较了双冗余分组方案和三冗余分组方案对初投资和运营的影响,对动力定位船舶冗余分组的原则进行了探讨。
With the development of offshore engineering all over the world,more and more offshore construction vessels(OCVs) emerge,including pipe laying vessel,diving support vessel and heavy lift vessel. OCVs are normally of DP capability with redundancy rate CLASS-2 or even CLASS-3. Redundancy group configuration is essential to ship design,construction and operation. This paper analyzed effects caused by the difference of two redundancy groups and three groups based on a 140 m OCV in terms of building and operation costs. It also introduced the procedure of redundancy group configuration comparison.
