摘要
为了分析预应力碳纤维复材布加固钢筋混凝土(RC)方柱的轴压性能,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对已有试验试件进行了数值模拟,并将数值模拟结果与试验结果进行对比,验证数值模拟的准确性。根据数值模拟结果对预应力碳纤维复材布加固RC方柱的约束机理进行了探讨;分析了CFRP布预应力水平、包裹方式、方柱倒角半径对试件加固效果的影响。结果表明:数值模拟结果与试验值吻合较好;CFRP布预应力水平、包裹范围越大,加固效果越好。增大方柱倒角半径能有效减少角部应力集中。
        To research the compressive performance of reinforced concrete( RC) square columns strengthened with prestressed carbon fiber reinforced plastics( CFRP),based on the test data,the finite element analysis on the RC square-column strengthened with CFRP sheets was carried out by ANSYS software. The numerical simulation results were compared with the experimental results to verify the reliability of the numerical simulation. Based on the numerical simulation result,the mechanics of RC square column strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheet were discussed. The influence of the prestressed level of CFRP cloth,the way of wrapping and the chamfering radius of square pillars on the reinforcement effect of the specimen were analyzed. Results showed that numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data. The bearing capacity and ductility the of the RC squarecolumn strengthened with CFRP sheets has been significantly increased,and increased with the increase of prestress level and the package range of the CFRP. Increasing the chamfer radius of square pillars can effectively reduce corner stress concentration.
