摘要
援柬埔寨国家体育场项目环柱结构具有倾角大、悬挑大、受力大的特点,给混凝土施工带来较大挑战。针对环柱、环梁结构特点和设计要求,提出3种不同施工方案。经比较,部分满堂脚手架+挂架+钢管支撑的施工方案具有最佳技术经济效益,并对该方案进行全过程模拟计算。计算结果表明:单榀环柱在施工过程中,最大变形发生在HZ1处,钢支撑最大应力满足要求;在"五柱四跨"单元施工过程中,承载力满足要求;罩棚结构张拉施工过程中,环柱结构整体发生径向向内变形,罩棚结构在预应力施工时,应当考虑施工过程中支座位移对施工质量产生的影响。
The ring column structure of Cambodia National Stadium project has the characteristics of large inclination,large cantilever and large force,which brings great challenges to concrete construction.According to the structural characteristics and design requirements of ring column and ring beam,three different construction schemes are proposed. By comparison,the construction scheme of partial full scaffolding + hanger + steel pipe support has the best technical and economic benefits,and the whole process of the scheme is simulated and calculated. The calculation results show that the maximum deformation of single ring column occurs at HZ1 during construction,and the maximum stress of steel support meets the requirements. The bearing capacity meets the requirements during the construction of five columns and four spans unit. The ring column structure undergoes radial inward deformation during the tension construction of the shed structure,and the influence of the bearings displacement on construction quality in the construction process should be taken into account when the shed structure is under pre-stressed construction.
