摘要
在传统的二维风险的基础之上细分脆弱性的概念,对MaxEne装置进行定量化的风险评估,评估个人风险、社会风险、爆炸冲击波的影响,在评估的基础之上从可能性、严重性、脆弱性三个方面提出相应措施。
        On the basis of the traditional two-dimensional risk,the concept of vulnerability was subdivided and the risk of MaxEne device was assessment quantitatively from the aspects of the personal risk,social risk and explosive shock wave. On the basis of the assessment results,corresponding measures were put forward to reduce possibility,severity and vulnerability.
