瑞士苏黎世养老机构绿色疗愈空间设计方法探究

摘要
目前我国人口老龄化程度急剧加深,如何改善老年人的生活环境,提升生活品质,是当代建筑、风景园林规划面临的重大挑战。户外绿色空间对老人具有重要的身心疗愈作用,但目前我国在适老户外绿色空间设计方法上尚缺少系统的关注和研究。本文通过对瑞士苏黎世城区23家市立养老机构的实地调研,结合文献研究,总结其绿色疗愈空间的三大特征和营造手法,旨在为我国绿地系统规划设计和风景园林设计相关的研究者和实践者,以及绿色疗愈空间营造的科研工作者提供参考借鉴。
Improving the living condition of the elderly is becoming increasingly important with the advent of aging society. Despite its de facto physiological and psychological benefits, how to design outdoor green space for the elderly in light of health and well-being remains as an open problem in our society. Based on the field work in 23 municipal retirement homes as well as a comprehensive literature review, we summarize the major characteristics of the restorative green spaces of retirement homes in Zurich and the corresponding design methods. To this end, this work provides valuable insights for both practitioners and researchers working in the field of restorative green space and horticulture therapy.
