中药黄芪的药理作用及临床应用效果研究

摘要
目的探究并分析中药黄芪的药理作用及其在临床中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年8月-2018年8月收治200例应用中药黄芪进行治疗疾病的患者作为该次的研究观察对象,并采用数字随机法将所有患者分为对照组(n=100)与试验组(n=100),其中对照组患者均针对其疾病的不同行常规治疗,试验组则均在对照组的基础上加用黄芪治疗,对比两组间患者经不同方式进行治疗后的临床效果。结果试验组患者应用黄芪进行治疗后,其临床治疗效果较之对照组疗效明显更理想,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中药黄芪应用于临床疾病的治疗中,能有效提高其临床治疗效果,提高患者机体免疫系统,尤其是在糖尿病、心力衰竭等病症中效果显著,值得在临床中广泛普及并应用。
Objective To explore and analyze the pharmacological action and clinical application effect of traditional Chinese medicine of Astragalus. Methods 200 cases of patients who treated with Astragalus membranaceus in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the research object in this study, and all patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=100) and the experimental group(n=100) by the digital random method. The control group were received routine treatment according to their different diseases, while the experimental group were treated with Astragalus on the basis of the control group. Then, the clinical effects of different treatment methods of two groups of patients were compared. Results After treatment with Astragalus membranaceus, the treatment of clinical effect in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Astragalus membranaceus in treatment of clinical diseases which can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and improve the immune system of patients, especially in diabetes mellitus, heart failure and other diseases, thus it is worthy to be widely promoted and applied in clinical.
