摘要
目的探讨在中晚孕胎儿中枢神经系统畸形的诊断中,磁共振成像(MRI)的应用价值。方法方便选取2016年6月—2017年10月在该院通过超声或临床检查怀疑胎儿具有中枢神经系统畸形的63例中晚孕妊娠孕妇为观察目标,对其应用MRI检查,依据产后或尸检结果,对MRI的诊断效果进行分析。结果 63例孕妇中,MRI序列扫描图像质量为优、良、差的各为52例、8例、3例,占比分别为82.54%、12.70%、4.76%,优良率为95.24%;依据病理检查、尸检结果,MRI的诊断正确率为93.65%(59/63),诊断漏诊率为6.35%(4/63),诊断误诊率为0.00%。结论在中晚孕胎儿中枢神经系统畸形的诊断中,MRI能够取得清晰的扫描图像,能清晰显示胎儿颅脑结构,对胎儿颅脑疾病达到较高的诊断正确率,为临床提供可靠的影像学资料。
        Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in the diagnosis of fetal central nervous system malformation in mid-late pregnancy. Methods From June 2016 to October 2017, 63 cases of pregnant women with late-negative pregnancy who were suspected of having a central nervous system malformation in the hospital were convenient enrolled in this study. MRI was performed on the basis of postpartum or autopsy results. Analyze the diagnostic effect of MRI. Results Among the 63 pregnant women, the quality of MRI scan images were excellent, good and poor, 52 cases,8 cases, and 3 cases, accounting for 82.54%, 12.70%, and 4.76%, respectively. The excellent and good rate was 95.24%. According to pathological examination, At autopsy results, the diagnostic accuracy rate of MRI was 93.65%(59/63), the diagnostic missed diagnosis rate was 6.35%(4/63), and the diagnostic misdiagnosis rate was 0.00%. Conclusion In the diagnosis of fetal central nervous system malformation in mid-late pregnancy, MRI can obtain clear scan images, clearly display fetal brain structure, achieve high diagnostic accuracy rate for fetal craniocerebral diseases, and provide reliable imaging data for clinical practice.
