摘要
平整机支承辊随着过钢量增加,辊面会产生有规律的明暗相间条纹即振纹,进而导致产生产品板面质量缺陷,通过分析振纹产生的机理,以及振纹频率等参数,找到振纹产生的原因,采取提高设备装配精度,优化运行参数,合理化安排生产计划等措施,明显提高了过钢量,抑制了振纹的产生。
With the increase of carrying steel quantity,surface of the supporting roll in temper mill will produce regular bright-dark interphase stripes,called the chatter marks,which will cause the quality defects of the product surface. The reason of chatter marks can be found by analyzing the vibration mechanism and the frequency. By adopting measures such as improving the equipment assembly accuracy,optimizing the operation parameters,arranging the production schedule reasonably and so on,the carrying steel capacity is obviously improved,and the growth of chatter marks is controlled.
