摘要
调节性B细胞(Regulatory B cells, Bregs)是存在于B细胞中的一类细胞亚群,该类细胞可以通过分泌细胞因子(IL-10、TGF-β和IL-35等)来抑制免疫反应。研究发现,寄生虫感染能诱导Bregs的产生,由Bregs分泌的IL-10是其发挥作用的关键因子。该类细胞可抑制由寄生虫引起的过度炎症,有助于寄生虫慢性感染的建立、维持宿主和寄生虫逃避免疫反应之间的平衡,降低寄生虫感染对机体造成的病理损伤。
        Regulatory B cells(Bregs) are a subset of B cells that can inhibit immune responses by secreting cytokines(IL-10, TGF-β, IL-35, etc.). Research has indicated that production of Bregs can be induced by a parasitic infection. IL-10 secreted by Bregs is a key cytokine that plays an important role. Bregs can inhibit excessive inflammation caused by a parasite. This action helps lead to chronic infection by a parasite and it maintains a balance between the host and a parasite's evasion of the immune response. This reduces the pathological damage to the body caused by a parasitic infection.
