摘要
文中根据Allan方差原理系统的分析了随机噪声的来源、频率分布和对陀螺仪随机误差的影响,并对一种陀螺仪进行了实测和分析,用一种简单Allan方差方法,得到了5项对MEMS陀螺仪影响较大的噪声系数。结果表明,该方法能有效地估算出陀螺仪中的各项噪声系数。
In the paper,according to the theory of the Allan variance system analysis of the random noise,frequency distribution,and impact on gyroscope random error,and a gyroscope was measured and analyzed.Using a simple Allan variance method,the five noise factors had a greater impact on MEMS gyroscope.The results show that this method can effectively estimate the noise factor of the gyroscope.
