儿童糖尿病治疗中胰岛素注射效果探讨

摘要
目的探究儿童糖尿病治疗中胰岛素注射的临床效果。方法选择于2017年2月—2018年2月该院儿科收治的120例糖尿病患儿为研究主体对象,结合患儿家属个人意愿将所有患儿划分为各组60例的对照组及观察组;对照组患儿实行常规治疗,观察组患儿实行胰岛素注射治疗,对比两组患儿的血糖指标及并发症发生率。结果经对比可知,对照组治疗后空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖各项指标远远高于观察组两组数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经对比可知,对照组并发症发生率为13.33%,远远高于观察组1.67%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童糖尿病实行胰岛素注射治疗的效果显著,能控制血糖指标处于正常范围大大降低并发症发生率,值得在临床治疗领域中使用推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of insulin injection in the treatment of childhood diabetes. Methods A total of 120 children with diabetes admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study. All children were divided into 60 cases in the control group and observation group according to the individual wishes of their families. The children in the control group received routine treatment, and the children in the observation group were treated with insulin injection. The blood glucose levels and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The fasting blood glucose and the 2 hours postprandial blood glucose index in the control group were much higher than those in the observation group. The data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The complication rate of the control group was 13.33%, which was much higher than that of the observation group(1.67%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of insulin injection in children with diabetes is significant, which can control the blood glucose level in the normal range and greatly reduce the incidence of complications. It is worthy of promotion in the field of clinical treatment.
